台1線…嘉義市斗南來回…(去程大逆風…回程則是順風…好跑些…所以後半馬較快…)
跑到4K時…下雨…而且還不小…但還是硬著頭皮繼續跑…幸好只下了大概30分鐘…^_^
3月份…"頭客兄"第三彈…這個月的第三次自主全馬…
跑步跑了4年多…截至今年3月前也不過跑了3次全馬…
月初…突發奇想…自己來跑個全馬好了!選了三個路線來跑…北港…新營…斗南…來回…最終是挑了北港來回…因為常單車去吃早餐…路線還蠻熟的…
但是不知哪根筋不對…月初跑完北港就算了!隔週又跑了新營來回…
這禮拜又來個斗南來回…(上個禮拜是跑半馬比賽…)
三個路線都在這個月給它跑完了! 而且都是330完跑…XD
這個月操夠了!下個月要開始修身養性了! ^_^
