台北市蝙蝠俠
流浪到淡水 蝙蝠俠運動日記之 再創PB的自主全馬
30K之後⋯一如既往的,開始雙腳變的沉重,
並且隨著里程累積,逐漸的愈來愈明顯~
好,決定改變想法,化被動為主動!
就當作我是⋯故意綁上鉛塊練輕功,
想法一轉,隨之而來是正面能量的釋放,
以苦為樂,將疲勞轉化,以正面迎戰!
36K,開始遇上撞牆期⋯
天使與魔鬼,激烈的爭論著跑與不跑~
天平的兩端,不斷地左右擺動著,
意志力大神此時現身,伸出手來,
毫不猶豫的重壓在「跑」的那端!
風波平息,只剩下繼續拼搏的唯一選項~
41K,左後背部下方,突然一陣抽痛感,
用右手按了一下,覺得應該無礙,
行進間深吸了一大口氣,在心裏默想⋯
(阿左阿右~咱們兄弟一起加油!)
決定以最後衝刺來完成今天的自主全馬,
(呵 其實只有姿勢⋯速度根本已經拉不上來了)
一、二、一、二(數著自己的腳步)
呼~看到里程終於顯示42.2K⋯按下停止鍵,
心中不由得有一股莫名的興奮與成就感~
我,以淡水往返的自主全馬,再次進化~
一舉刷新高掛9個月的全馬PB~9分鐘!
