久違的劍中劍山路跑~~~
前3個月為了雙鐵練騎劍中劍許多次, 今天終於換用跑的, 嗯..還是跑步比騎的累啊.....
今天有補給車在中社頂吃了一些apple, banana, 但看來我真的跑步不大能吃東西, 回程就開始輕微脹氣和側腹痛了, 就放慢速度不讓身體晃動太大....
