| 原以為參加夏天夜跑清涼一下,豈知沒注意起跑時間.......我的天阿,15:30起跑簡直曬成乾了,在快40度的烈日下,足足曬了3個小時,保證一點都不好玩,只能當作不合理的要求是磨練,真的我下次不敢了⋯⋯ 賽前宣言: 沒試過夜跑 玩玩看好不好玩 賽後評分: 15:30起跑真的會曬暈倒,河濱步道太窄,前面的跑不動用走的,影響後面選手,實在不理想⋯⋯ 給 2 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
