雖然一早太陽高高掛,不過還是不能偷懶不跑,得準備這週SEIKO 12.5K路跑,預計來跑個10K,可能熱身還不夠,在快完成8K時肩頸扭到,只好提早結束練跑,避免二度受傷,整體而言,配速約六分速,還算ok
