前一天星期六小跑覺得右腳踝不明酸痛,雖然跑動後不久有消失,但還是有陰影。賽前一天到卓蘭國小夜宿,還是很喜歡卓蘭鎮的風情人文,很不錯,吃到好吃的客家三角圓和魯肉飯;但是睡覺前左大腿右側肌肉抽痛,覺得很不妙,試跑後雖然沒有影響,但陰影更加嚴重。因此設定隨時退場的決定,如果大腿肌肉有再抽痛就不會眷戀完賽;還好雖然上上下下的爬坡,但因為放慢速度沒有很衝,所以僥倖的完賽。個人評估是平常練跑熱身不夠,加上最近七場比賽都是平地馬,有刻意加快速度,肌群應該是積累了疲勞所致,該放慢休息。體重也是一個很大的敗筆....

賽後評分: 賽道風景美,只是沒有時間停留欣賞;沿途補給站夠力,只是沒有時間逗留享用,有吃到兩顆葡萄、三口客家小炒、四片柳丁,其他就是運動飲料;今年路線有稍微更改,但還是上上下下的虐心。卓蘭小鎮人文風情很喜歡。整體安排算是很不錯,但如果明年同時有其他賽事,也許會略過吧~一方便山路馬膝蓋今年狀況多、旅途遠-臺北豐原卓蘭費時間、大會安排賽事頗一致...
