心率帶不見了
只好改成用配速去練習
之前聽人說過全馬想跑多少
那平常就盡量去練習對應的配速
4:20是我想要的,不過好像有點好高騖遠
只能跑到4:30...還不能一次跑完10k以上
好吧!先下次從4:40開始吧~
不過這樣跑兩趟5000的練習也不錯
可以稍微比m配速快一點
