今天一開始不是很順,想說那就跑10公里吧,不過跑了幾圈,呼吸開始順了,腳也不重,感覺還不錯,就一直往上加,本來想跑24,28,最後跑到35圈,共跑了15公里多,其實應該還可以再續跑的,下次就要跑半馬了,好久沒一次跑半馬,以後要成為習慣才行...
