能跑在太魯閣真是太享受了,一路國際級的美景相伴,雖然緩上坡跑得有點累,但看到如次景色也值得了,今年天氣特別熱,前6K被太陽烤得好辛苦,跑進峽谷後才好多,但有某幾段也有日曬,上坡+曬真是跑者一大考驗,只能慶幸不是像田中馬一樣曬整路^^"...
這次配速以M配速看心率為主,不追不趕(其實也沒啥力氣追),畢竟7個月沒跑全馬了,只求完跑,果然20K過後開始略顯吃力,但還是一路緩上坡,越跑越累,到了天祥折返點(30K左右)才開始下坡,此時終於鬆了口氣但腳已無力,開始有抽筋的跡象,果然跑到36K開始小腿大抽了一下,當時真的嚇很大,趕快調整跑姿,抬大腿、前腳掌、腳跟輪流切換,慢慢龜呀龜~終於給我痛苦的龜到終點,今年跑量較少,會跑這樣是練不夠自討苦吃~但能跑完真的太有成就感~太棒了~好痛苦~好爽~跑全馬迷人之處就在這阿!!明年帶波波再回來最少跑個半馬看看風景^^..特別謝謝波波在終點等著我回來~看到妳我精神都回來了^^!
跑完雖然肌肉痠痛,走路都還很正常,沒想到回桃園前買麻糬時,在路邊拐到腳背,現在連走路都有問題..真的很無言,希望這幾天快快好,周末還有美津濃接力賽阿
