一年一度的艋舺馬又來了,很期待的賽事,今年更好跑,天氣涼爽,但練習的不夠...只是還是很努力的跑進430內...本來目標是破4...不過真的要把肌力加強,今天跑得有點累,要全程都維持6分速以內,還真的有點困難...不過也是少跑,以後應該要常跑半馬及深蹲來加強自己的耐力...希望冬山河之後能有所進步,而且腳痛可以好...
