昨晚功課寫到11點,真的很疲憊,趕快去睡覺了,隔天還要去瑪家,原本要跑21公里,到涼亭(8公里)時,又覺得這樣就好,但是,難得上來了,就跑到足,於是進入瑪家村,並往舊筏灣上去,大概2.6公里就到了瀑布,真感動
今天力很足,但人不舒服,能跑21公里,是幸運的
