昨天下午的練跑被那場大雷雨打亂,今天特地早起到水圳補課……
今晨跑到第2km時,側腹又開始作痛,一路撐著跑,速度狂掉,跑不到5km便想回家……慘!已經好久沒有這種沮喪的感覺……然後就這樣,5km補水、10km補水、15km補水買單!
沒睡好?有「時差」?太濕熱?沒熱好身?還是吃了不該吃的食物,又脹氣了?明明腳還有力,但身體跟不上……整個不順兼不爽!XD
