週二來跑長距離,昨天的酸痛還在,一起跑就哇哇叫。不過告訴自己這都是假象,再跑下去就會習慣的。畢竟身體鬆散了一段時間,還要多操練幾週才能回復速度和距離。還好這兩天很涼,沒什麼流汗,咬著牙提醒自己,上身放鬆,用核心帶動~
速度漸漸有回到5:30以下,雖然吃力,但也算有點突破最近的狀況了。希望能趕緊恢復啊。
