今早自主LSD跑山………,平地跑了一小時又六分鐘後才開始要上坡……
反正是LSD,速度放很慢,但一路爬還是挺累的……,正當心中升起"步兵"的念頭時……,耳機裡傳來周董唱著…"你算什麼男人…算什麼男人…"………哇哩……我當然是男人啊……這點坡算什麼………,就上去了……
