交友不慎大團練
路線是新竹城市馬後半段的頭前溪自行車道
原本以為來回一趟7K,結果是14K..
還沒練就駱駝技能、14K補一次水太硬了。
加上今天濕度很高,連比較不會流汗的我都大爆汗
再度測試配4'25"
第二趟去程可能是微下坡覺得很順,
回程就爆了,每次最後5K都好痛苦
可是離全馬還有12.195K.....
