高雄Daniel Liu 受困於跟腱炎,過去四個月的月跑量都不足100K,單次訓練最多也只有21K,今天的田中馬賽前只想著去觀光和體驗一下熱鬧的氣氛,完全是在沒準備的情況之下上場,有這樣的成績已經超出預期。
賽前的配速策略今天發揮了效用,一直到38K之前都還可以維持穩定的配速,那意料外的二座山頭把肌力用光了,在38K左右明顯地肌力配合不上心肺,雖說不感覺累,但大小腿的肌肉在抗議,速度開始不穩定,本來想說sub 4有望,可惜殘念了。
