涼爽的夜晚來恢復跑,不用管速度真好。這次其實沒什麼乳酸堆積,不會太刺痛,只是大腿還是抬不太動。藉由慢跑讓身體熱起來,聽說酸痛就會排的比較快了。
今天開始要進入超馬準備模式,以累積跑量為主,希望平均跑量到18K。至於速度...其實也希望能比夏天快一點啦,畢竟100K跟12H賽不同,早點跑完就可以休息了。前兩天讀到盧明珠的文章,說長距離練跑不用管速度,把目標距離跑完(35K以上),下次身體就會自動記憶而比較輕鬆了。恩,看來最近的週末要來跑幾次長距離練跑!
