起跑很順利,但雨衣穿到25K時才脫掉,大爆汗導致電解質失衡,30K開始微抽筋並感到異常飢餓。等到33K補給站開始大吃炸魚排、香蕉、餅乾、補水跟舒跑,但已經來不及了,35K時迎來大爆炸,兩隻腿的大腿小腿輪流抽筋,停下來走待舒緩後再跑,不到兩百公尺又再次抽筋,於是就這樣走走跑跑結束這最後7公里。學到一課,原來雨衣不能穿這麼久。
賽前宣言: 這是我的初馬,希望能無傷完賽。
賽後評分: 路線規劃不錯,有跑海邊、田邊、鄉間小路很愜意。賽事補給也很充足,跑馬拉松還有海鮮吃很幸福。
