維持了一週MAF心律練習,今天沒有戴心跳帶,憑著感覺及配速跑,整體而言,一週下來成效不錯~~
今天配速均速5:50左右,也嘗試上坡跑,並沒有明顯的不適,呼吸及步伐都很順暢,最後1KM還有餘力,加速跑測試,感覺很不錯,再加油~~
