高步頻的LSD
有被鈺隆兄昨天的纪錄激勵到:28K@甜甜圈。姑且不論速度追不上,光是70圈的甜甜圈,想到就膩。今天試著以高步频慢慢蛇,看看能吞多少。心裏一直認為高步频是耗能的跑法,沒把握能跑長。第28K後,遇上乱流有點跟不上節奏。通常30K的LSD後,累的只想喝啤酒。也許太早,也許沒那麼累,今天倒也没酒興...怪怪的...
