| 這是第二次來參加埔里馬,因為去年的經驗留下不錯的印象,今年就和朋友一起報名。賽前的感冒讓我很擔心當天能不能完賽,加上大雨一直下,這心情也是直直落啊!大雨下到出發前幾分鐘,竟然奇蹟似的歇緩了,這一路就這樣保持涼爽無雨的舒適溫度,感冒似乎也好多了!!雖然感冒的肌肉緊繃感,在撐到剩1k的時候還是左大腿爆了,最後只能走回來,不過成績還是比去年進步,感到很開心。 賽後評分: 補給五星級,優美的景色,熱情的加油聲~很推的賽事!! 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~143 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 143~161 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 161~167 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 167~177 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 177~182 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為182 點此去設定最大心率 |
