好久沒跑半馬了,今天跑跑看...剛開始還蠻順利的...速度也還OK...不過意然超過10公里,速度就開始掉...到了18.19公里速度意然超過7分速...真的太久沒練習半馬了...每個星期應該都要維持至少跑一次半馬才行...加油...
