配速跑16k
這週比較忙,四天沒跑了,今天特別來趟配速跑16K,
想說休息很多天了應該體力充沛,
配速均速能保持在5分10秒內,
但一折返後完全跌出預計的目標,預計配速吃不下去
這時讓我想起「平常清粥小菜,假日就吃麻辣鍋」,
身體也是會受不了的,所以我還是平常要多加練習,
保持最佳的體力,雖然現在是休息月,
不過體力還是要保持住,為下半年準備,
