無名半馬配速跑
因這週出差,沒辦法跑配速,只好週末兩天都來跑步,
課表是(20 to 20),主要是明天要跑5'30"/K的配速,
想說今天也來趟5'30" /K,一路都還保持住,
只有在第14k不小心晃神了,沒跑進去!
下次跑配速時要更專注才行,
希望明天也能撐住,不然就好笑了,
