| 出發前被幾個不認識的台灣人撿去拍照(其實他們好像是找不到台灣團拍的地方)!
出發點大阪城很漂亮但好冷呀!玩了那麼多天,一起跑就有點腿軟,加上昨晚沒睡好,早餐又沒吃啥,在出發區等待時我就餓了!一出發就傳來尿意,但看每個廁所點排隊的人都超多,就這樣忍到22K處忍不住還是去排了!沿路加油的台灣人不少,甚至35K補給站好幾個工作人員也是台灣人,在一聲聲親切的加油聲中跑完全程,真的很棒! 賽後評分: 不錯 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 133~161 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 161~182 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 182~188 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 188~199 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 199~205 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為205 點此去設定最大心率 |
