新竹Hao 起跑前 帶傷不棄跑完賽
2點半還在腳痛 開跑半馬後竟然幾乎不會痛了
筋拉開了 媽祖保庇唷~
起跑人好多,慢慢跑
7K 人散開 想說可以追一下 有機會SUB4
15K太陽出來見 路面反光的頭好暈
從均速6分多 慢慢追回5:43
24K紅綠燈交管擋下來,瞬間掉2秒
2秒要追好幾公里耶,索性不追SUB4了
休閒LSD模式開啟
30K抽了一下筋,開始半跑走模式
38K脖子竟然抽筋,開始全步兵模式
最後3K的攝影師大道 太誇張了
到終點 有沒有10組攝影師阿...?
每一組 都要跑起來
