由於陪朋友一起跑,成績比前兩年慢了快一個小時,不過朋友也相當厲害獲得女總七,比我預期的快。但話說回來,若沒陪跑會跑得比較快嗎?也不見得,不過至少跑完沒有甚麼大痠痛
上個星期如來神掌的比賽,幫跑友補給,順便幫跑者拍了照片,看到很多跑者已經跑得很累了,但看到鏡頭還是保持微笑,讓我感受到跑者內心意志的強大與跑步的態度。所以這場比賽的心情也做了些調整,跑得當下,心情是愉悅的,不能跑的時候就走吧,這樣跑跑走走來到了折返點,接下來就是一路的下坡,有了兩年前的經驗,盡量以輕鬆的方式跑著,沒想到上一次的四頭肌痠痛這次竟然沒有出現。
這次的人數比前兩次參賽少了許多,很感謝主辦單位沒有因為人數不多而縮減了比賽的規格,尤其在觀霧的補給站,為了跑者準備了麻油雞、米粉、紅豆湯及薏仁湯,紅豆湯跟薏仁湯真的太好吃了,其他補給站該有也都有了,志工也都很熱情,謝謝主辦單位與志工們
