第一次用Y拖無襪跑半馬,達成!!
前3K自己飆速跑,後面開始跟團跑,邊跑邊聊~
早上天氣很涼,後來太陽出來也不大會熱,甚至放慢到6分速跑還會冷呢!!
本來預計只跑10K的,後來加碼陪女神團友們跑完21K,剛好郵局運動會預演就收操囉~
