台北市WUL 歷經了6個小時的奮鬥不懈,雖然沒有達到最想要的目標,但也算是對得起自己了,這6個小時真是天人交戰呀!!
前2個小時前跑得相當舒服。速度也有上來。
第3、4個小時速度掉了一些,但仍舊有撐住。
但5、6個小時速度就掉了更多了,唯獨比較欣慰的是這6小時中除了少數時間休息外,其餘完全沒有用走的。
1~4個小時穿鞋跑,5、6小時赤腳跑。原因也是第5小時開始腳愈來愈漲了。
