昨天去西堤吃小尾牙沒跑,今天充滿了罪惡感,不過也沒特別多跑,就穩穩的繞操場。這幾天還不想開始練山路,腿還是有點痛,先慢慢增加里程就好。
穿著另一雙舊鞋,腳底一直有磨到的感覺,避震也不太行,害我好想買新鞋啊~這幾雙里程破千的真的不太能跑了。還好跑久了以後腳步還是有變輕盈一點,而且今天不聽廣播,改聽手機裡很久沒播的音樂,非常有親切感,步伐也忍不住加快了一些。好消息是今天心臟都沒出問題,配合冷天氣也幾乎不會喘,偶爾還忘情的跟著哼起歌來。有時聽得太忘情步伐會變慢,不過大致跑起來是很舒服的。
很久沒特別感受的「跑者愉悅感」今天出現在35圈左右,當泰勒絲唱著 Love Story,有那麼一段時間覺得全身好舒暢,周圍洋溢著幸福。奇怪跑了15K應該會累了,怎麼這時才在愉悅呢?可能練超馬反應也都延遲了吧~
