懶洋洋跑不太動...於是開始在心裡對自己催眠: "15km,也只不過是1km跑個15次而已吧~^_^ "
繞圈繞了6km多,看看錶開始安撫自己: "哈~ 剩不到9km喔!!" (因為平日常跑10km的關係,現在只要10km以內就覺得還OK...)
然後一邊聽著音樂,好不容易又跑了一大段...看看錶發現竟然已經跑了超過10km..."喔!! 剩4km多~ 快跑完了耶...!!"
於是...靠著這種不斷重覆的"自我催眠"...還是順利地把今天的15km作業給完成啦@@
