大概是跑完屏東國道馬心情太 high ,膝蓋不會痛讓我以為我的腳好得差不多了,但今晚沒穿壓縮褲出來就被打回原形!
只要 pace 在 6 :00 /KM 左右,右後大腿就痛到不行,所以只能用目前這速度慢慢繞圈圈,離完全復原好像還有一段遙遠的距離呢...
