跑的未達預期的一場賽事。原先設定目標330,孰料週五搞到天亮才睡,睡不到四小時又起床…然後又感冒,感覺身體就是不太舒服。今天天公作美,沒啥太陽,氣溫也不高,但就是跑不順,整路都這樣。沒啥好怨的,自己訓練不夠,當前的體力只能在所有條件都ok時應付全馬的需求,若有其他狀況就應付不來了,今天就是這樣子,再繼續加油吧!
幸好今天跑完沒啥傷,只是上週的血泡還沒完全好,一樣在作怪,哈哈,真慘。

賽後評分: 記得香蕉不是很貴,整路上想吃個香蕉都變得是很奢侈的想法…其他補給品很好,但是…我需要香蕉……
