風景很美,可惜天暗後啥也看不到.
補給需要再加強,里程速誤差也太大了,XT錶的記錄43.6K,這場應該算是超馬了.
過33K時停下了兩次拉筋,也開始出現撞牆期,過了最後折返點,原想放棄用走了,但看到同事都刷卡過去了,最後用時速9K撐回終點.
灌了600cc的水,也吐了600cc出來,耐耶安咧?=====>就是練不夠>_<.
